Shipping

✔ All orders from GLOKAYLABS are shipped from South Korea.

✔ Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination country.

✔ Orders are usually shipped out within 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

✔ If we expect any shipping delay, we will notify customers via email within 72 hours.

✔ We currently cannot ship to: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO addresses.

✔ If customers can proceed to the next checkout stage after entering their address, shipping is available to that location.

Free Shipping Fee

Shipping Notice

📝 Customs taxes may be charged by destination countries.
These fees vary depending on each country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.

✔ Shipping notifications and tracking numbers will be emailed.

✔ Please check your email regularly for updates.

⚠ If customers refuse delivery or fail to pay customs taxes:
The package will be returned or disposed of by the shipping carrier.
Refund or reshipping is NOT possible.

Order Value Limit

✔ To comply with customs regulations, we limit the maximum order amount to 500 USD (excluding shipping fees).

✔ Customers who need to purchase more than 500 USD are recommended to place multiple separate orders.

Delivery Failure

1) Lost Parcel
✔ Customers must notify us within 21 days after the order is marked as “Delivered” but not received.

✔ Customers must cooperate with evidence submission (photos, documents, etc.).

✔ We can process a refund only after the courier officially confirms the package as Lost.

✔ The shipping company is responsible for lost/ stolen packages after successful delivery scan.

✔ Refund/reshipment is not possible for theft after the package is marked as Delivered.


2) Tax Payment Refusal
✔ If customers refuse to pay customs tax, refund/reshipment is NOT possible.

✔ Once the shipping carrier confirms tax refusal, the package is destroyed or returned by their policy.

✔ Customers cannot request refund after destruction, even if they change their mind later.


3) Recipient Unreachable
✔ If the courier cannot reach the customer and needs additional information, we will email the customer.

✔ If the customer does not respond with the required information by the deadline, the package may be returned or destroyed by the carrier.

✔ Refund/reshipment is not possible in these cases.
