Shipping

All orders are shipped within 72 business hours after payment confirmation. If delays occur, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping time varies by destination and courier. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

Customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

A: If customs tax is refused, the package may be returned or destroyed by the carrier. Refund or reshipment is not available in this case.

Orders

Orders can be changed or canceled only before shipment. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 21 days so we can request an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Orders may be canceled due to payment failure, stock issues, or shipping restrictions. Refunds will be processed automatically.

Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update it.
Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

Due to customs regulations, we limit orders to 500 USD per checkout. Larger purchases must be split into multiple orders

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes can be entered on the checkout page before payment. Only one code can be applied per order.

Codes may expire or have minimum purchase requirements. Some codes cannot be combined with other promotions or items on sale.

Yes! New members receive a sign-up discount coupon immediately after joining.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted for unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery. Cosmetics that have been opened cannot be returned.

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, GLOKAY LABS covers the return cost.

Please contact customer service within 7 days, including photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges are processed as a return + new order. Direct exchange is not available for international shipments.

Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after we confirm the returned items.
