Returns & Exchanges

1) Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, any opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.


Eligible cases include:

Wrong item received
Damaged or defective item upon arrival
Missing items in the package
Expired product received (items that arrive with an already-passed expiration date)

2) Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been opened, used, or tested
Items without original packaging
Products purchased as part of a “final sale” or special promotion
Items returned without prior approval
Sensitivity or allergic reactions (individual skin reactions cannot be grounds for return)

3) How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with the following:
Order number
Clear photos of the item(s)
Photos of the package condition
Description of the issue
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.        

4) Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is caused by us (wrong item / damaged item):
→ We cover all return shipping costs.
If the customer requests a return for personal reasons:
→ Shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
→ Original shipping fee is non-refundable.                                

5) Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping fees, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6) Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for:
Wrong item received
Defective item
Expired product received (items delivered past their expiration date will be replaced)
If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

7) Parcels Returned Due to Customer Error

If a package is returned because of:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Failure to pay customs duties
Missed delivery attempts
Refusal to receive the package
→ The order may be non-refundable or refunded minus shipping fees and handling costs, depending on courier policies.

8) Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
